As a proud Iraqi - Australian woman, I have always been interested in the stories of our world. Where we came from, who we are now, how our past shapes our present and how it points to where we are heading in our future.

As a mixed raced woman who has a professional and academic background in Art History and Curating I believe culture to be the most vital, interesting and unique thing on our shared planet. Culture is the blood of society, and the arts is the heart that pumps it.

I feel that I was put on this planet to learn about and share the untold stories of people and culture. It brings me joy like nothing else, and I hope I can do it for the rest of my life.
